Refund Policy

At brownMan, customer satisfaction is at the core of what we do. We aim to deliver premium quality apparel with the best possible shopping experience. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple and transparent refund policy.


Eligibility for Refund

You may be eligible for a refund only if the following conditions are met:

  1. Refund requests must be raised within 2 days from the date of delivery.
  2. The item(s) must be:
    • Unused and in original condition
    • With all original tags, packaging, and labels intact
  3. The product must not be a sale or discounted item, as such items are not eligible for refunds.
  4. Refunds are only applicable to items that are:
    • Defective
    • Damaged during shipping
    • Wrong item delivered

If these conditions are not met, we reserve the right to reject the refund request.


Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be applicable in the following cases:

  • Products purchased on sale or clearance
  • Items showing signs of wear, washing, or damage post-delivery
  • Any item returned beyond the 2-day return window
  • Products marked as โ€œFinal Saleโ€ or โ€œNon-returnableโ€ at the time of purchase

Refund Process

  1. Initiate a Request
    Email us at brownman.help@gmail.com within 2 days of receiving your order with:
    • Order ID
    • Reason for refund
    • Photos of the product (if damaged/defective)
  2. Verification
    Our support team will review your request and respond within 24โ€“48 hours.
  3. Return Pickup (if applicable)
    If your refund is approved, weโ€™ll arrange a pickup via our delivery partner. You must securely pack the item for return.
  4. Quality Check
    Once we receive the returned item, it will undergo a quality inspection. If approved, we will process your refund.

Mode of Refund

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method (Credit Card, UPI, Wallet, or Net Banking).
  • For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer after verifying your bank details.
  • Refunds will be processed within 5โ€“7 business days after product inspection and approval.

Shipping Charges

  • Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
  • If the return is due to a defective or wrong product, we will bear the return shipping cost.

Important Notes

  • We reserve the right to reject refund requests that do not meet our policy terms.
  • If the returned item fails our quality check, the refund will not be processed, and the product will be sent back to you.
  • We are not liable for delays caused by courier services or third parties.
